Oh heck yeah!!!
My Mum and I are doing a cleanse at the moment and I wanted something nourishing. I really felt like chicken or cheese or something delicious like that. Something I could just grab or quickly heat up but alas not allowed on the cleanse!
So I thought, what do I really want?
-something with MUSHROOMS!
-something with OIL

So I heated some olive oil in the pan (even though technically coconut is healthier) and chopped up some mushrooms. Then I spiralised some zucchini so it looks like pasta noodles and threw them in the pan. Next I crushed a whole giant clove of garlic and put that in with my seasonings: black pepper, salt and rawmeson (a raw version of Parmesan cheese).
I'm going back for second helpings now!
