I try to steer away from corn as it doesn't agree with me so thats why I'm classifying it as a junk food. It's only junk food for ME, it might perfectly suit other people!
5 baby tomatoes
half a red onion (really a quarter will do as this was SERIOUSLY oniony!)
2 cloves garlic (really 1 will do)
baby spinach leaves
lots of cracked black pepper
pinch of salt (I used himalayan crystal salt)
whiz it up in a blender (I used the Thermomix)
